陈丹，香港中文大学社会学专业哲学博士，现为U8国际集团准聘助理教授。获得教育部“海外博士后引才专项”首批资助，主持国家社会科学基金青年项目，中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目，广东省哲学社会科学规划项目等。主要研究领域为人口社会学、老年学、婚姻家庭、社会分层与流动、社会政策和定量研究方法。近年来以第一作者或通讯作者身份在SSCI，SCI和CSSCI期刊发表多篇论文，代表作见刊于Journal of Marriage and Family, Research in Social Stratification and Mobility, Journal of Social Issues, 《中国人口科学》等期刊。
